TJSC 2026 Fall Workshop

TJSC会員および日本語教育に携わる皆様、

TJSCでは、11月8日（日）に「秋の交流会」を開催いたします。4月に行った交流会から、南カリフォルニアの日本語教育の現状と課題が見えてきました。今回はそれらの課題についてみなさまと話し合い、学びをさらに深める機会にしたいと考えています。

概要

  • 日々の授業や学校運営で感じている悩みについて、気軽に話してみませんか。土曜校の先生や管理職の皆さまを含め、南カリフォルニア地域の日本語教育関係者と知り合い、つながる機会になればと願っています。

  • 参加形式：Padletによる事前のオンライン投稿＋Zoomによるオンライン交流会

  • 参加費： 無料

  • 対象： TJSC会員・非会員、日本語教育に携わる方

参加の流れ

  • STEP 1：Padletに悩みや質問、アイデアを投稿

    • https://padlet.com/tjsc_kyoushikai/tjsc

    • 11月6日（金）まで

    • 授業、学習者への対応、学校やプログラムの運営などについて、日頃感じている悩みや質問をご投稿ください。また、ほかの投稿にコメントやアイデアをお寄せください。

  • STEP ２：交流会で話し合う

    • 11月8日（日）10:00AM～12:00PM (PST)

    • Padletに寄せられた投稿をもとに、少人数のグループで話し合います。お互いの経験を共有しながら、明日から使えるヒントを一緒に探しましょう。

参加について

  • Padletへの投稿のみ、または当日の交流会のみの参加も歓迎しますが、より充実した学びや交流の機会としていただくために、ぜひ両方にご参加ください。

Dear TJSC Members and Japanese Language Education Community,

TJSC will be hosting our Fall Networking Meeting on Sunday, November 8. Our networking meeting in April provided valuable insights into the current state of Japanese language education in Southern California and the challenges we face. Building on those discussions, we hope to provide an opportunity for everyone to exchange ideas, discuss these challenges, and deepen our learning together.

Event Overview

  • We invite educators to come together to share ideas, discuss challenges, and exchange practical approaches and solutions. We also hope this will be an opportunity for anyone involved in Japanese education, including administrators and teachers of Saturday schools, to meet and connect with others involved in Japanese language education throughout Southern California.

  • Format: Pre-event online discussion posts on Padlet + Online Meeting on Zoom

  • Cost: Free

  • Participants: TJSC members and non-members, as well as anyone involved in Japanese language education

How to Participate

  • STEP 1: Share your questions, challenges, and ideas on Padlet

    • https://padlet.com/tjsc_kyoushikai/tjsc

    • Deadline: Friday, November 6

    • Please share any questions or challenges you encounter in your daily work, including classroom instruction, supporting learners, and managing schools or Japanese language programs. You are also encouraged to share your experiences and comment on other participants’ posts.

  • STEP 2: Join the Online Networking Meeting

  • Sunday, November 8, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM (PST)

  • We will use the Padlet submissions as a starting point for small-group discussions. By sharing our experiences and perspectives, we hope to discover practical ideas and strategies that we can put into practice right away.

Important notes

  • Participation in both the Padlet discussion and the networking meeting is encouraged; however, you are welcome to participate in either one separately.
